Shawn eventually beat Philip, who was angry to lose. Shawn told Philip that he was pretty good at it, but then he should be, because he didn't do anything but sit around his house all day on his butt with nothing better to do than play games. Shawn eventually told Philip to drop it, and the two continued playing their game. Philip accused Shawn of not knowing how hard it was not having money, but Shawn told Philip that his dad could have had the Kiriakis fortune but had turned it down because he believed in working for a living.
